Trained in India, I teach pop-up classes which cover the entire spectrum of yoga techniques - not just asana (postures) but also pranayama (breathing exercises), yoga philosophy, meditation and mantra. Not just a work-out, but a work-in. I like to keep classes small in order to give more personal attention so each session is limited to maximum 10 people. Check out a video of me doing morning practice in LuluLemon's blog post on yoga in Amsterdam.
